ALPHA FEMALE PROGRAM
I’m convinced there are not enough alpha females in today’s world. The numbers are growing, but I want more! I want to see women overcome with self confidence. I want to see more women than men in the gym. I want to see women fighting back when looked down upon as the weaker creation. Indeed, God made males genetically to be the dominant species. However, he didn’t create women to be helpless and unable to support themselves! It’s time to bear arms (literally), and make a stand. I love being able to walk into not only a gym but in any social venue and feel confident, and I want you to feel the same.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This program comes equipped with a grueling 12 week training program (broken down into 4 different phases) created by me.. and all the macro advice you need.
I will be teaching you everything I know! The idea, after the 12 weeks are over, is that you’ll be able to do everything for yourself and hopefully help some others along the way. Think of this as a classroom atmosphere that is completely hands on! You learn, you execute, and you move forward with a 12 week education in fitness and macro planning along with some killer results! 🙂 The program will include functional training, strength training, cardio training, you name it, its got it.
It will come with a suggested weekly grocery list of my favorite things along with my own supplementation advice. I will be your coach, at your disposal 24/7 for 12 full weeks. You will receive not only my email, but also my phone number so that you can communicate with me the entire time! Along the way, you won’t just be getting advice on what to do in the gym, but how to be an alpha outside of the weight room. You’ll receive random emails throughout the program about what it means to be an alpha, how to be a leader, how to exude self confidence, how to stay motivated, etc. It’s a long, fun, love/hate relationship we shall have for 12 full weeks.
WHAT DO I NEED TO START?
– You MUST have a gym membership. (FULL gym. No apartment gyms or small home gyms)
– You must be willing to put work in (macro learning, exercise learning, etc).
– This is not your cookie cutter, pilate, “what your cousin’s uncle’s personal trainer came up with” bullcrap 12 week program.
– This program is for all you females (18 years old or older) who are tired of being the weakling.
– It’s designed to increase your strength, while increasing endurance, building muscle, and shredding fat.
– If you plan on giving up 3 weeks in, don’t bother applying.
– If you plan on half-assing the entire program, do NOT send in application.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
– One time payment of $375 for the 12 weeks
If selected, is it a one time payment or weekly payments?
Just a one time payment of $375 that will be paid at the start. There are no payment plans.
Do you accept girls out of the country into your program?
Yes! I do. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN FLORIDA WITH ME. The only hiccup is converting your payment to US dollars with PayPal which is no problem. All of the training is via email, text, and phone. That’s the beauty of this program. I can make Alpha Females out of people not even in the same country!
You say you are going to teach us how we should meal plan. Why can't you just tell us what to eat?
I will never tell you exactly what foods you have to put into your mouth. There are no “magic foods” that make you lose weight, and not everyone loves the same foods. If you choose to do this program, I will do my best to help you understand! I don’t know your taste buds. I don’t know your cravings. Therefore, I believe that a macro balanced plan where you get to choose the foods that YOU like is the best way to achieve your goals while still enjoying the foods you love. It also makes for a more sustainable lifestyle. This is the approach I have taken for the past 5 years, and if you’re anything like me, you’ll love it.
If I'm not selected, will I be notified?
All of those not selected will definitely be notified.
What if I have an allergy (gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.)? Do you work around that?
The meal plans set for you will not set ANY food restrictions. If you choose to participate in the program after accepted, you do so at your own risk. The program will be showing you guys how to macro plan for yourselves, so if you know of your intolerances, then you will know what foods to choose for yourself to fill your macros with!
